Digital Cameras, Vol. 26 No. 4

This article was most interesting and informative, particularly as I had recently experimented with a Nikon Coolpix 950.

In their opening paragraph, the authors mention that the images might be used for medico-legal purposes. I would utter a word of caution with regard to this statement. Digital images may easily be edited and changed with the use of software such as ‘Adobe Photoshop 5’. This means they could be challenged in the Courts and a legal submission should not rely too heavily on digitized images regardless of how successful they are at recording clinical information.
